Return Process

Refunds
- Since Caspian Crafter only accepts Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued using a mutually agreed method, such as a bank transfer or cash refund upon confirmation.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and approved.
- Please note that shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
